I am very disappointed in this company and am angry that I have recommended them to so many people, even people I just met on the street. So an item i paid $18.00 for will end up costing me roughly $35.00 to return and get the right item sent to me. I was told that I would have to send the item back at my own expense, then reorder the item and then pay another expense to have it shipped out to me again. I ordered my usual size, but when I received the item it was way to big, called Joe's New Balance to see if I could do an even exchange since their sizing was off, and HELL no. I made a purchase after letting the items sit in my cart for several days, I was then sent a promo for free shipping. I have at least 30 pairs of shoes not including the shoes I have brought for other people in my family, but Joe's New Balance has gone down hill fast. I have been a customer for over 6 years, and this use to be a good place to purchase New Balance Gym Shoes and other New Balance merchandise. It was a gift for them to get one star, they don't deserve that. Everything gets blamed on Covid-19, mistakes might happen but I shouldn't have to suffer and keep waiting for my refund when I did nothing wrong. They used to be okay if there was never an issue, first time I had a problem like this and the very last time I ever order from them again. They used to be a good company to deal with, don't waste your time or money unless you want to continue to be aggravated and get the runaround. Not happy at all, there left foot does not know what there right foot is doing. Kept me on hold for over 10 minutes then said nobody was available to speak with me and told her I wanted to speak with someone, she said since she couldn't do anything else for me she was done and hung up. I wanted to speak with a supervisor after being told it would be another 10 business days, it is not acceptable. Finally it was found and was told it was not completed properly by anyone, the person I spoke with today, cannot say anything nice about her. I made my 6th phone call today since my refund was never given, was told they could not find my account. They did provide an address label to return, was told I should have my refund within 10 business days. I ordered several pairs 7 weeks ago and one of the pairs had 2 different size shoes. I have been dealing with Joe's New Balance Outlet for around 15 years buying shoes for my family. If you buy from Joe you should be prepared for the frustration, you have been warned! I went back online 7/13 and picked up the same shoe from Famous Footwear and it was delivered correctly today on 7/16. Poor communication and customer service and hiding under the veil of the Covid crisis. They also state they quarantine your shoes for 17 days due to Covid before processing them, really? So this business appears to be run by Old Joe himself and nobody else. I find it interesting they stated that the don't receive pics with their text.must be Joe's old flip phone they use. 6 weeks and 4 texts later they finally stated that they were wrong. They kept asking for information on the shoe tag and I texted them the info and numerous pictures showing them what I received. All I asked for was for them to cover the return shipping which they don't normally do and that is understandable if it was my fault but it wasn't, they screwed up. I don't mind returning the shoes, accidents happen NBD. I tried to contact them by the ph# on the website and the recording states they only communicate by text and to please allow 4 business days for a response.Seriously? USPS would deliver a letter faster than that. However I ordered 14EE and I received 10D. Given the Covid crisis I thought that was acceptable. DONT DO IT.RUN AWAY! I ordered a pair of shoes June 1st 2020 and they arrived 2 weeks later.
